Job Description
As part of the central S/4HANA Program team you act as a key member of the Project Management team supporting the execution of multiple rollout waves. In this role, you work closely with the Rollout Factory Leads and the functional teams for Data Migration, Change Management, Testing, and Rollout Execution. You ensure full transparency on milestones, deliverables, and risks across all waves and enable informed decision‑making through consistent and high‑quality reporting. You coordinate cross‑functional collaboration within the rollout organization, and provide operational PMO support throughout all transformation phases. You ensure alignment between central PMO requirements and the needs of the rollout teams. Your role serves as a central interface, driving structure, clarity, and smooth execution across the entire S/4HANA rollout landscape.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Consolidate and maintain rollout plans, wave timelines, milestones, and key dependencies
- Provide structured reporting (status, risks, KPIs, and decision needs) and support Quality processes in line with governance standards
- Ensure alignment and effective communication between rollout teams and business units
- Organize and coordinate governance meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking
- Support budget, resource, and capacity planning as well as cost monitoring
- Maintain central logs for risks, issues, and decisions and prepare management and steering materials
What You Bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in global implementation projects, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to enable effective cross-team collaboration
- Solid PMO and project support capabilities, including documentation, scheduling, and tracking, with basic financial and administrative understanding
- Strong written and verbal English skills; German is a plus
