You will become part of our People & Culture department, consisting of 23 employees working with HR and 7 working with Service & Support. We support the full employee lifecycle across the organization, including talent acquisition, employer branding, HR operations, data management and analytics, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and business partnering.

Your new role

As a Senior Comp & Ben Specialist, you will support in establishing a total compensation framework for the group. You will provide advice regarding short- and long-term incentive programs and on reward principles, policies, and compliance. You will on an ongoing basis evaluate and adapt to new trends, legal requirements, and best practices in terms of compensation and benefits in the various markets European Energy operates in. You will help run the annual processes related to Comp & Ben, such as the annual salary assessment.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will lead projects as we develop the compensation and benefits function, covering a broad span of topics in the compensation and benefits space
  • You will help run annual processes related to Comp & Ben, e.g. annual salary review
  • You will advise stakeholders regarding their compensation issues, and propose solutions in line with our current policies and procedures.
  • You will collaborate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of the various initiatives
  • You will drive different internal projects such as gender pay gap analysis etc.

Competencies

  • You have relevant experience from a similar role in an international company
  • You have experience working with various internal and external stakeholders
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are an advanced Excel and PowerPoint user and are comfortable analysing data from different sources
  • You are fully proficient in English
  • Experience working with Remuneration Committees in Denmark is preferred
