We are looking for the best people there are to help realise our vision of generating a brighter cleaner, greener future.
We are excited to launch our 12-month programme for a second year, covering both our Energy Networks and Renewables businesses designed for ex-military veterans. This initiative aims to help veterans advance their career goals and transition into permanent roles.
What you'll be doing
We will explore your career aspirations with you and assess your skills to create a customised programme. This will ensure you receive the appropriate development through formal training courses & hands-on experience..
As part of our one-year programme, you will embark on a journey of growth and development, supported by an experienced mentor. Throughout the programme, you will gain knowledge and understanding of our industry and the hands-on experience will grant you invaluable insights into Scottish Power, enabling you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
The primary focus of the programme is to enhance your skills to equip you with the knowledge and capabilities required to excel in your future career.
What you'll bring
We have a vast range of roles to fill to help deliver a low carbon future and we want to hear from people with various skills at all stages of their career.
Minimum Requirements
- You will have at least 4 years military service and must be no more than 2 years post service by the programme start date of the 5 November 2025.
- For this programme, you'll also need a driving licence as you'll need to get to different sites during the programme.
