Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich (Business) und IT für die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der eigens entwickelten Softwareapplikationen sowie dem ERP-System (Odoo Enterprise) verantwortlich
  • Du erstellst Konzepte oder Wireframes und stimmst sie mit Stakeholdern ab - Programmierkenntnisse sind hier hilfreich, aber nicht nötig
  • Du dokumentierst und priorisierst die Anforderungen (z.B. in Form von User Storys in Jira)
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Entwicklerteam zusammen und verbesserst gemeinsam mit Prozessmanagement den Betriebsprozess
  • Du analysierst und misst unsere KPIs (Durchlaufzeiten, etc.)

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine starke IT-Affinität und Interesse an neuen Technologien
  • Du hast eine sehr schnelle Auffassungsgabe und scheust dich nicht, Anforderungen zu hinterfragen
  • Idealerweise kennst du dich im Bereich UX/UI aus und hast Erfahrung in der Analyse und Auswertung von Nutzerverhalten
  • Du hast eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Moderation und Coaching sind nice to have) und Organisation und Priorisierung liegt dir im Blut
  • Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
