Role Overview

You will work alongside qualified electricians, supporting the installation and maintenance of Solar PV systems while continuing to develop your practical skills on-site

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with installation of electrical systems on domestic and commercial projects
  • Support work on solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, and EV chargers
  • Carry out basic wiring, containment, and equipment setup
  • Assist with fault finding, testing, and commissioning tasks
  • Follow all health & safety procedures on-site
  • Complete required documentation and attend and successfully complete SOLAS training phases

Requirements

  • Registered SOLAS Electrical Apprentice (2nd-4th Year)
  • Strong willingness to learn and take direction
  • Good work ethic, reliability, and timekeeping
  • Safe Pass and Manual Handling (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full driving licence (desirable)
  • Willingness to travel as required
