  • Prozessoptimierung & Transformation: Identifikation von Effizienzpotenzialen sowie Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessen, Tools und Standards zur Steigerung von Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Nachhaltigkeit & ESG: Mitwirkung an Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen, Unterstützung im ESG-/CSRD-Reporting sowie Koordination von Anfragen und Projekten im Bereich Sustainability

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Sozial-, Geistes-, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Strategie-, Projekt- oder Transformationsumfeld, idealerweise in einem industriellen oder beratungsnahen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte, inklusive Stakeholder-Management und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Strukturierung, Analyse und Aufbereitung von Inhalten für das Top-Management
  • Souveränes Auftreten sowie Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops und Managementformaten
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit / ESG (z. B. CSRD) und Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge in Industrie- oder Energieprojekten von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
