This is a pivotal role, to strengthen our market position and drive sustained business performance in a highly competitive sector. The successful candidate will enhance Natural Powers contribution to the wider European business, unlock new opportunities, and build a high-performing and robust strategy that will capitalise on the growing demand for renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the business with full accountability for strategy, performance and growth, positioning it as a key contributor within Natural Power's wider European platform.
  • Define and deliver an ambitious growth strategy, strengthening market position and expanding service offerings.
  • Full P&L responsibility, driving strong financial performance through disciplined planning, commercial focus and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships, positioning Natural Power as a trusted partner and securing long-term, high-value opportunities.
  • Drive an integrated business development agenda, aligning local market activity with broader European priorities.
  • Identify and unlock new markets and service lines, ensuring the Ireland business remains competitive and innovative in its approach.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence.
  • Ensure seamless integration across departments, geographies and the wider Fred. Olsen group.
  • Provide strategic insight at senior governance forums, influencing decision-making and contributing to the broader organisational agenda.
  • Act as a visible market leader and ambassador, enhancing Natural Power's reputation with clients, industry stakeholders and across the renewable energy ecosystem.
