Deine Aufgaben
Hier gestaltest Du aktiv mit:
- Verantwortung übernehmen: Du hast die Buchhaltung unserer Tochtergesellschaften in deinen Händen und verbuchst eigenständig Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen sowie weitere Geschäftsvorfälle und Zahlungsvorgänge.
- Abschlüsse nach HGB: Du erstellst Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse unserer Tochtergesellschaften nach HGB.
- Zahlen im Griff: Du bereitest den Zahlungsverkehr vor, führst Kontenabstimmungen durch und behältst die Finanzen stets im Blick.
- Steuern: Du übermittelst die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und wirkst bei der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und steuerlichen Reports für unsere Tochtergesellschaften mit.
- Team Finance: Du arbeitest an spannenden Projekten im Bereich Finance mit und bringst eigene Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung ein.
- Innovation & Struktur: Du hilfst, unsere Unternehmens- und Buchhaltungsprozesse weiterzuentwickeln und effizienter zu gestalten.

Dein Profil
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine qualifizierte Ausbildung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung (z. B. Steuerfachangestellte*r, Buchhalter*in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mindestens 3-5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung und im Steuerrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. MS Dynamics, Simba) und MS Office
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an Zahlen
- Spaß am eigenständigen Arbeiten
- Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Interesse an nachhaltigen Themen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
