En Vestas buscamos un/a Drive Train Expert / Técnico/a de Vibraciones para unirse al equipo de Mechanical Field Team, contribuyendo al rendimiento y la fiabilidad de nuestros parques eólicos.

Sobre el equipo

El equipo de Mechanical Field Team es responsable de dar soporte diario al negocio de Service mediante:

  • Inspecciones con boroscopio
  • Análisis de datos CMS (Condition Monitoring System) portátil
  • Diagnóstico de vibraciones (espectros, gráficas, alarmas)
  • Reparaciones up-tower y down-tower en componentes críticos
  • Soporte en alarmas CMS a nivel global

Tu misión

Serás responsable del diagnóstico mecánico y del análisis de vibraciones del tren de potencia, asegurando la detección temprana de fallos y la correcta ejecución de reparaciones, incluyendo la intervención directa en turbinas.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar inspecciones con boroscopio en:
    • Multiplicadoras
    • Generadores
    • Rodamientos principales y de pala
  • Analizar sistemas de monitorización:
    • Interpretación de espectros de vibración
    • Análisis de datos CMS portátil
    • Seguimiento de alarmas y resolución de incidencias
  • Ejecutar reparaciones mecánicas críticas:
    • Up-tower y down-tower
    • Multiplicadoras y generadores
    • Intervenciones en turbina para la reparación de sistemas de vibraciones
  • Subir a turbina para realizar diagnósticos y reparar sistemas de vibraciones directamente en campo
  • Elaborar documentación técnica:
    • Informes CMS
    • Reportes tras inspecciones e intervenciones
  • Proporcionar soporte técnico:
    • Instalación, mantenimiento y diagnóstico de CMS
    • Recomendaciones técnicas basadas en datos

Perfil requerido

Formación

  • FP grado medio en electricidad
  • Conocimientos en mecánica industrial y sistemas eléctricos
  • Capacidad para interpretar planos eléctricos

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 2 años en mantenimiento de aerogeneradores
  • Experiencia en:
    • Análisis de vibraciones
    • Sistemas CMS
    • Reparaciones de multiplicadoras y generadores

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Diagnóstico mecánico avanzado
  • Revisión y análisis de espectros de vibración
  • Uso de boroscopio
  • Conocimientos eléctricos (en mayor medida que informáticos)
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office y Outlook

Valorable:

  • Certificación en vibraciones (CAT 1)
  • Experiencia con tecnología Vestas

Idiomas

  • Inglés técnico suficiente para comprensión y elaboración de informes y comunicación en entorno internacional
