What your day would look like

The ERP Lead (Visma) is Zaptec's primary expert and system owner for the Visma ERP solution. The role acts as a bridge between IT, Finance, Sales and Supply Chain to ensure the ERP supports business needs, efficient processes and reliable data. The ERP Lead leads ERP adoption, training and follow‑up on all ERP initiatives across the organisation and subsidiaries and drives rollout projects when implementing Visma in new countries.

• Own and manage the Visma ERP solution, including configuration, governance, roadmap and coordination with 3rd party consultants and vendors.
• Act as the main point of contact between IT, Finance, Sales and Supply Chain for all Visma‑related topics, changes and improvement initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into ERP solutions and improved end‑to‑end processes (e.g. order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, supply chain and inventory).
• Lead ERP adoption: plan, execute and follow up on all ERP initiatives, including new features, process changes and best‑practice usage.
• Plan, deliver and continuously improve user training, onboarding and support for HQ and all subsidiaries.
• Lead ERP implementation and rollout projects when entering new countries, ensuring alignment with group standards and local requirements.
• Develop and maintain clear guidelines, procedures and documentation for how Visma is used across entities.
• Monitor data quality, reporting consistency and integrations between Visma and other core systems (e.g. CRM, BI, financial and supply chain tools).

• Structured, analytical and proactive, with good communication skills in English.
• Curious and able to spot opportunities for improvement in processes and tools
• Comfortable challenging existing ways of working and facilitating discussions to reach alignment

As for the skills required for this job

• Extensive experience with ERP systems, preferably Visma.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to coordinate with other departments.
• Experience in an international/multi‑site environment is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to act as the bridge between business and IT, translating business needs into ERP requirements and vice versa.
