Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
  • Experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and process control methods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (e.g., root cause analysis, Lean, DMAIC)
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics
