Ben jij een proactieve en servicegerichte professional die energie krijgt van het ondersteunen en ontzorgen van teams? Dan is dit jouw kans om een sleutelrol te vervullen binnen onze Operations organisatie.
In jouw rol ben ondersteun een aantal managers & hun teamleden die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de Foundation unit, Cable unit en Customer Support. Je werkt actief samen met een collega Management Assistant die de Operations Director ondersteunt. Jullie zorgen samen ervoor dat alles op rolletjes verloopt, regelt en organiseert diverse zaken voor Operations en zij kunnen met al hun vragen altijd bij jullie terecht
Jij beheert de agenda's & afdelingsemail inbox van Operations, haalt hier acties uit, schept overzicht, notuleert diverse vergaderingen en overziet wat de teams nodig hebben en biedt daarbij tijdig de juiste ondersteuning. Daarnaast ben je o.a. verantwoordelijk voor:
- Beheert de afdelingsinbox;
- Aanspreekpunt voor IT-zaken;
- Onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers;
- Ondersteunende activiteiten zoals het reserveren van vergaderzalen, regelen van lunches, business trips, visa, autohuur en hotels;
- Organiseren van events;
- Collega's verrassen met een leuke kaart met attentie bij geboorte, huwelijk, ziekte, enz.
- Ondersteuning en beheer van SharePoint-sites;
- Beheer van distributielijsten en Teams-kanalen;
- Urenregistratie en het maken van overzichten;
- Coördineren van afwezigheid, verlofplanning en bezetting binnen de teams;
- Ondersteunen bij interne communicatie en informatievoorziening binnen Operations;
- Bestellen en beheren van PPE;
- Coördineren en boeken van trainingen, cursussen en opleidingen;
- Inplannen en coördineren van medische keuringen en certificeringen;
- Signaleren van verbeterpunten en initiëren van verbeterprojecten.
Job Requirements
- Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-opleiding (bij voorkeur in de richting van secretariële of administratieve dienstverlening);
- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Je hebt een proactieve en servicegerichte houding;
- Je bent goed in het stellen van prioriteiten en kunt goed omgaan met deadlines;
- Je bent een teamspeler, maar kunt ook zelfstandig werken;
- Je hebt ervaring met Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) en SharePoint.
