We are seeking a skilled Industrial Quality Engineer (IQE) to join our team. In this role, you will partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products through state-of-the-art quality management methods and tools. You will play a key role in risk mitigation, process improvement, and compliance, acting as a quality partner throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Project Quality Plans (PQP), ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes and project specifications.
- Guide and support project teams in interpreting and applying quality standards (ISO, Environmental Compliance, etc.).
- Coach and facilitate the Product Development Process (PDP) and milestone (M-gate) deliverables, including readiness reviews and lessons learned.
- Drive risk identification and mitigation by facilitating System, Design, and Process FMEAs, and supporting project risk management.
- Participate in test strategy, planning, and results reviews, and audit adherence to test plans.
- Support issue management for product-related customer complaints and escalate quality issues as needed.
- Capture and share best practices and lessons learned across projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Support manufacturing engineering in troubleshooting, product improvement, and ensuring regulatory conformance.
About You
- BSc/MSc in Engineering (Electronics & Electrical preferred) or Computer Science.
- 5+ years' experience in quality engineering, agile software/hardware/firmware development, and process improvement.
- Certified Internal Auditor preferred.
- Proficiency in quality tools (8D, FMEA, DFM, DFR, root cause analysis, 5-Why, etc.).
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Expert in MS Office Suite.
