Die hello sun! Gesellschaft für Solarbau mbH ist eine 100%ige Tochter der Green Planet Solutions. Wir planen und bauen Photovoltaikanlagen, Solarspeicher sowie Wärmepumpen für Privat und Gewerbekunden. Darüber hinaus setzen wir Mieterstromanlagen gemeinsam mit Hamburger Ökostromanbietern um. Unser Team aus qualifizierten Ingenieur:innen, Elektriker:innen und Monteur:innen - arbeitet täglich an zukunftsweisenden Energiekonzepten - werde Teil der hello sun! und gestalte gemeinsam mit uns die nachhaltige Energiezukunft!
Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir unbefristet in Voll- oder Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden wöchentlich) eine:n Kaufmännische:n Assistent:in bei hellosun!
Deine Aufgaben
- Finanz- und Rechnungswesen: Erstellung von Rechnungen und Mahnungen, Überwachung von Zahlungsein- und -ausgängen, Unterstützung bei Zahlungsläufen sowie Liquiditäts- und Inventurplanung
- Controlling & Reporting: Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen, Unterstützung bei der Budget- und Wirtschaftsplanung, Bereitstellung von Daten für die Steuerberatung sowie Erstellung von Präsentationen und Berichten
- Personalverwaltung: Pflege von Zeiterfassungsdaten, Vorbereitung der Lohnzahlungen, Unterstützung im Recruiting und in der Verwaltung von Personalakten
- Büromanagement: Allgemeine Büroorganisation, Dokumenten- und Vertragsverwaltung, Organisation von Meetings und Events
Dein Profil
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du konntest idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung in dem o.g. Aufgabengebiet sammeln
- Du bist sattelfest, vor allem im Umgang mit MS Excel, aber auch in den übrigen MS Office-Anwendungen
- Du magst es, dich und deine Arbeit selbst zu strukturieren
- Du verfügst über Organisationstalent und bist auch bereit dich in neue Aufgabenbereiche und Themen einzuarbeiten
