Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Regensburg suchen wir ab sofort Dich als Werkstudent (m/w/d) Einkauf:

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt den operativen Einkauf bei Bestellungen, Angebotsvergleichen, der Lieferterminverfolgung sowie der Pflege von Stammdaten.
  • Du arbeitest im Projekteinkauf mit und unterstützt bei Ausschreibungen, Angebotsanalysen sowie projektbezogenen Beschaffungsvorgängen.
  • Du kommunizierst mit Lieferanten, holst Angebote ein, klärst Rückfragen und stimmst Liefertermine ab.
  • Du unterstützt den Aufbau einer langfristig stabilen Einkaufsorganisation, die nachhaltiges Wachstum ermöglicht.
  • Du pflegst Einkaufskennzahlen, unterstützt bei Auswertungen und wirkst an der Erstellung von KPI-Dashboards mit.
  • Du übernimmst das Dokumentenmanagement, einschließlich der Pflege von Vertragsunterlagen, technischen Dokumentationen sowie QMS-relevanten Unterlagen.
  • Du bringst Dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Einkaufsprozesse und Tools ein.

Dein Profil

  • Du absolvierst aktuell ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain, Technik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
  • Du interessierst dich für die Bereiche Einkauf, Supply Chain oder technische Projekte
  • Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Einkauf oder Projektumfeld sammeln, das ist aber kein Muss
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig und überzeugst durch Deine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Du bist ab Juli 2026 für bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar
