Responsibilities
- 按照作业指导书,图纸及领导指示进行操作,操作前检查文件(工单,图纸,自检表,刀具单等)是否齐全,图纸号是否和工单上一致,待加工产品外表有无问题,加工余量是否足够,船级社是否正确,工具是否齐全,量具是否齐全,量具状态是否符合要求;领取和安装夹具刀具,按程序加工,认真自检并填写自检表;同时特别注意指导书中提到的注意点。
- 每班结束时及时清除废铁屑和铜屑,清洁机器、工装夹具等,做好周边范围内的5S.
- 做好交班记录,确保交班信息的完整性,包括机床、工装等的状态,产品加工步骤和状态,工具和量具状态等。
- 按照机床上的每日点检表进行设备自检,同时认真填写点检表。
- 及时向机床加注切削液并确保配比正确。
- 保管维护各自机床的工具和量具,使用完放回原处,丢失需承担责任。
- 认真实事求是填写工时记录单等单据。
- 生产中一旦发现任何异常必须马上汇报领导。
- 完成领导分配的其他任务。
