What we're looking for
The HR-Generalist is responsible for all areas relating to HR. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely service delivery and handling the following facets:

- Schedule: Nightshift M-F, 9 PM TO 6 AM
- Onsite in Mabalacat, Pampanga
What you'll do
- Provide support in Operations and provide guidance on policies and procedures and drive compliance.
- Ensure that company processes and guidelines are consistently implemented based on the company standard.
- Establish and maintain good relations with business partners and influence positive company culture.
- Handle case management and support with company engagement activities.
- Coordinate the production managers in taking care of the movement of employees, promotion, layoff, transfer, resignation, etc.
- Conduct employee relations concerns and determine the type of disciplinary actions that will be imposed on certain offenses based on the Company handbook
- Responsible for the overall compliance of the HR solutions and HR Procedures applied at the business assigned.
Must Haves
- Minimum of 4 years of experience and extensive knowledge in Human Resources and Admin in the BPO/Shared Service industry.
- Bachelor's Degree of any course
- Possesses good communication skills, has strong commitment to work, with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent management abilities while interacting effectively with people from diverse backgrounds (internal and external) at all organizational levels.
- Experience in supporting in the areas of Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Development, Employee Relations and Discipline.
- Responsible for the overall compliance of the HR solutions and HR Procedures applied at the business assigned.
