聚焦AI算法与大模型技术在能源领域尤其是发电领域(包括火电和新能源)场景中的研究与落地。算法功底扎实,对大模型技术有深入理解并能够根据产品需求快速完成从算法选型、开发到工程交付。
How You'll Make an Impact
- 根据产品团队提出的场景需求,进行算法调研、方案设计与技术选型,输出可落地的算法方案,并推动从原型验证到线上部署的全流程交付。
- 研发面向时序数据的异常检测、趋势预测、模式识别等核心算法,持续优化模型在准确率、误报率、召回率、泛化性等维度的表现。
- 深入研究大语言模型(LLM)在能源智能领域的应用,包括但不限于:基于LLM的智能精确诊断问答与推理、运维日志与报警信息的语义理解、结构化知识抽取与知识图谱构建、多轮对话式故障分析Agent、LLM与时序模型的协同架构设计。
- 探索多模态大模型在能源场景的落地路径,如结合振动频谱图、趋势曲线图等视觉信息与文本信息进行综合诊断推理。
- 研究自监督学习、迁移学习、无监督学习等方法,解决能源场景中标注数据稀缺、故障样本不均衡、故障样本自选择的现实问题。
- 建立规范的算法评估体系与实验管理流程,确保算法迭代的可追溯、可对比、可复现。
- 与领域工程师紧密协作,将业务侧描述的设备问题转化为明确的算法问题定义,领域知识由团队提供,你负责算法侧的解题。
What You Bring
- 学历: 硕士及以上学历。计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习、统计学、数学、信号处理等相关专业。
- 经验: 5年以上算法研发应用经验,有实际项目从研究到产品落地的完整经历。有能源领域大模型应用研发经验的优先。
- 算法能力:扎实的机器学习与深度学习理论基础,不是只会调用框架API,而是能讲清楚损失函数为什么这么设计、模型为什么在这个场景下失效。熟练掌握时序分析相关方法,以及统计与机器学习方法,能根据问题特点选择合适的技术路线。
- 大模型能力:对LLM技术栈有体系化理解,包括Prompt Engineering、RAG、Fine-tuning、Function Calling / Tool Use、Agent架构。有实际的LLM应用开发或微调经验,了解主流开源模型的特点与部署方式。能够设计LLM与传统算法模型的协同方案。
- 工程落地能力:Python为主力语言,PyTorch熟练使用。能独立完成模型训练、评估、优化到API服务封装的全过程。了解模型部署相关技术。有基本的数据处理能力,能应对真实世界中脏、乱、缺失的数据。
- 加分项:有火电、风电、石化、制造业等能源AI项目经验者优先;有时序基础模型相关研究经验者优先;熟悉Dify、LangChain等LLM应用开发框架者优先;有InfluxDB等时序数据库使用经验者优先;有相关方向论文发表、专利或竞赛获奖者优先。
