Sales Support Specialist (Senior)

At PHOTOMATE, we're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Support Specialist to become a key member of our team, providing operational and administrative support to our sales team and customers in Romania.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.

What will you be doing?

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the local Sales Managers, including documentation, reporting and coordination of business activities.
• Managing the entire order fulfilment process, from order entry through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
• Communicating with customers to resolve enquiries relating to orders, deliveries and services, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance and other internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Preparing sales documentation, reports and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Supporting the sales team with a variety of operational and administrative tasks.
• Identifying issues proactively and contributing to process improvements and more efficient ways of working.

What are we looking for?

• Around 10 years' experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management or a similar commercial support role.
• Previous experience supporting a sales team within an international business environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively, understand customer needs and ask the right questions.
• Experience communicating confidently with customers and colleagues, both over the phone and in writing.
• Strong customer focus with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence using Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with SAP would be a significant advantage.
• Good working knowledge of business software and ERP systems.
• English language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level, with the confidence to communicate professionally on a daily basis.
• A proactive, reliable and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
