Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Fortschreibung von Projektkalkulationen für sämtliche Gewerke und Projektphasen
  • Konsolidierung von Einzelkalkulationen zu einer belastbaren Gesamtprojektkalkulation
  • Durchführung von Abweichungs- und Kostenanalysen
  • Unterstützung der Budgetplanung und Kostensteuerung
  • Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeprozessen
  • Bewertung von Nachträgen sowie Änderungsanforderungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Einkauf, Engineering und Projektcontrolling
  • Weiterentwicklung von Kalkulationsmethoden und Kalkulationstools
  • Erstellung von Berichten, Auswertungen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Stakeholder
  • Sicherstellung von Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit der Kosten- und Mengenentwicklung mittels moderner Kalkulationswerkzeuge (insbesondere RIB 4.0)

Deine Berufserfahrung & Expertise

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik/Energietechnik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit technischem Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Großprojekten
  • Erfahrung in Energie-, Netzausbau-, Infrastruktur- oder Bauprojekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kostenkalkulation von Infrastruktur- und Energieprojekten
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Projektabwicklung von Tiefbau- und Linieninfrastrukturprojekten
  • Gute Kenntnisse relevanter Normen, Vorschriften und technischer Regelwerke im Tiefbau und Baugrundbereich
  • Verständnis technischer Zusammenhänge im Netz- oder Anlagenbau
  • Kenntnisse im Vergaberecht, Vertragswesen und Nachtragsmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Erfahrung mit Kalkulationssoftware, idealerweise RIB 4.0
