Job Description
Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to work at the forefront of the global energy transition? PEAK Wind is seeking a Project Manager for a parental leave cover to lead internal projects and support on support business development activities.
The position is expected to run from September 15th 2026 to June 15th 2027, with some flexibility on both start and end date.
You will become part of our Project & Business Excellence team, where we work across the organisation to initiate, coordinate, and drive company-wide strategic, optimisation and development initiatives. We are a small but dedicated team of highly motivated professionals who bring diverse backgrounds and a strong commitment to excellence. Our role is to ensure ideas move from strategy to structured execution - with clarity, ownership, and impact.
You will report directly to the Head of Project & Business Excellence and work closely with colleagues across the organisation, bringing your perspective to a collaborative and purposeful team environment.
How You Will Make an Impact
As a Project Manager, you will contribute to the success of internal projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Management: Lead and manage internal projects aimed at enhancing business processes, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
- Business Development: Support internal business development activities by contributing to the development, structuring, and implementation of improvement initiatives.
- PEAK Wind Toolbox: Act as a sparring partner to the line organisation on problem???solving, development activities, and application of consulting best practices.
- Document Management: Maintain, review, and update documentation to ensure it reflects changes in processes, technologies, and regulations.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with cross???functional teams to identify, implement, and sustain process improvements across the organisation.

- Clear and effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- A structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to take initiative
