Job Description

Join our SF6-Free or EconiQ HV product development in TC and not limited to research and development activities

Applying research and development methods during product design, modeling and testing within R&D projects or GPS cases

Participate the process of product development and relevant concept and methods including Design FMEA/Production FMEA/Reliability Eng

Join the R&D workflow from task define, processing, review and delivery to ensure the innovative and correctness of results

Join team work across different roles (e.g. design, simulation, testing) and functions (e,g, laboratory, production, SCM) in global R&D network

Requirements

  • PhD from the material or mech engineering background
  • 2-5 years and above experience in professional R&D environment, e.g. university, research institutes or similar types
  • Strong willing to apply the knowledge and skills from academic environment toward industrial problems and product development
  • Self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking, good communication skills and team spirit
  • Be a team player, result-driven with good oral, writing, listening English is necessary
