Dans le cadre d'un pic d'activité sur notre service support, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de Support Client en CDD 3 mois pour renforcer notre équipe SAV. Vous rejoignez une équipe où le process est déjà bien en place, et vous serez rapidement opérationnel(le) grâce à un onboarding structuré.

Vos missions

  • Traiter les tickets support entrants sur notre plateforme HubSpot (niveau 1 et 2)
  • Gérer les demandes clients liées aux commandes (suivi, modifications, réclamations)
  • Gérer les demandes liées à la livraison (retards, incidents transporteur, réclamations)
  • Assurer un premier niveau d'accompagnement technique sur nos produits, avec le soutien de notre équipe technique en escalade
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de notre support en remontant les irritants clients et les cas récurrents

Profil recherché

  • Une première expérience en relation client / support client est un plus (stage, alternance, job étudiant)
  • À l'aise avec les outils informatiques, la prise en main d'un CRM (type HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce...) est un atout
  • Bon niveau rédactionnel en français, sens du service et de la pédagogie
  • Rigueur, autonomie, capacité à gérer un volume de demandes avec priorisation
  • Curiosité pour les enjeux techniques (énergie solaire, produits connectés)

Conditions

  • Type de contrat : CDD, 3 mois - reconductible selon besoin
  • Temps de travail : Temps plein
  • Lieu : Nantes, locaux proches de la gare - télétravail partiel possible
  • Rémunération : 24 000 - 26 000 € brut annuel selon profil
