Deine Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die fach- und termingerechte Vorbereitung der Bauvorhaben
- Du wickelst Bauvorhaben im Segment Dach- und Freiflächen Photovoltaik-Großanlagen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektstakeholdern ab
- Du koordinierst Bauvorhaben und stellst die ordnungsgemäße und termingerechte Ausführung sicher
- Du übernimmst das Materialmanagement auf der Baustelle
- Du kontrollierst den Baufortschritt
- Du überwachst und setzt die gesetzlichen Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Baustellenvorschriften, sowie betrieblichen Regelungen um
- Du bist im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Nachunternehmern, Fachabteilungen und Auftraggebern

Dein Profil
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Meister- oder Technikerausbildung im bau- oder elektrotechnischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise als Bauleiter*in im Bereich erneuerbarer Energien mit
- Du verfügst über Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit mit dem Blick fürs Ganze
- Deine Strukturierte, selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeits- und praxisorientierte Denkweise zeichnet Dich aus
- Du bringst sehr hohe Reisebereitschaft (deutschlandweit) und einen Führerschein der Klasse B mit
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
