Job Description
Your main task as 'Site Manager - Construction of the wind farms' will be to manage and coordinate all activities related to the civil works, temporal and permanent needs of the site in line with documentation based on which the building permit was issues, i.e. in line with the main design, according to regulations, standards, including standards of accessibility to technical norms and quality standards valid for the particular kind of works, installations and equipment:
Your tasks
- Accept the obligations of the responsible contractor for construction works in accordance with the law on planning and construction + other applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia
- Project control
- Participate in site meetings
- Monitor the compatibility of drawing and regulations
- Assist the HSE manager
- Provide security of the facility, persons located on the site and in the surrounding areas
- Provide a certificate on quality of performed works, built-in material, installation and equipment
- Keep the site diary (logbook), measurement book and provide the inspection book
- Secure work and environment in case of interruption of works
- Provide a construction contract on site, resolution on appointment of the certified - on site and the main design, i.e. documentation based on which facility is built
- Ensure that the execution teams have an irreproachable HSE behavior
- Plan site activities and manage teams: erecting, cranes, electricians, supervisors, and commissioners
- Coordinate project logistics
- Ensure the follow - up and quality control of the work and procedures carried out concerning the assembly and commissioning of the wind turbines
- Ensure consistency of practices, proper implementation of internal processes and tools
- Motivate and sensitize technicians to the risk and to the respect of the defined instructions
- Provide regular reports to the project manager
Your experiences
- You have a degree of Bachelor or Master's in civil engineering with license 310 (GP 04‑01).
- Also can be considered: Bachelor or Master's degree in mechanical engineering with license 410 (MI 06‑01.1 / 01.2)
- You have at least 3 years experience in construction project execution, with significant experience in site management and international team management.

- HSE exemplarity
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Availability, good interpersonal skills, flexibility and mobility
- English and Serbian essential, knowledge of German, Portuguese or Spanish would be appreciated.
