Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Backoffice Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Mitarbeit bei SAP- und Salesforce-bezogenen Aufgaben sowie Projekten
  • Bearbeitung, Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Bearbeitung und Koordination eingehender E-Mails und Anfragen
  • Unterstützung von kaufmännischen und administrativen Prozessen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung relevanter Daten und Systeme
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse und Abläufe

Dein Profil

  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student, idealerweise im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenständig
  • Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit
  • Du hast Interesse an kaufmännischen Prozessen sowie an Vertriebs- und Business-Themen
  • Erste Kenntnisse in SAP oder Salesforce sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Exel und Outlook
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine proaktive Arbeitsweise runden dein Profil ab
