Your Day-to-Day

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain high-efficiency residential HVAC systems - you're the expert homeowners trust the moment you walk in.
• Turn in-home consultations into real conversations: assess needs, walk through options, and build a solution that actually fits.
• Present proposals that make sense - efficiency, comfort, incentives, financing, all in plain English.
• Team up with our solar and energy specialists to design whole-home systems that work together, not in silos.
• Keep every install and service call sharp, code-compliant, and safe.
• Own your paperwork: service records, customer notes, the details that keep the whole operation humming.
• Bring professionalism to every doorstep and every conversation with the corporate team behind you.
• Help build the HVAC division from the ground floor - with real shots at leadership and strategy as we grow.

What You Bring

• EPA Section 608 Certification (required)
• TDLR HVAC Certification (required)
• Sharp instincts for HVAC, electrical, and refrigerant systems
• An eye for detail and a knack for troubleshooting the tricky stuff
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Bonus points: experience with smart home energy management systems

The Physical Side

• Comfortable moving - stooping, kneeling, bending, standing, and everything in between, for extended stretches
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly throughout the day
• Good with heights, and unbothered by Texas heat or a cold snap
