Join us in this role where you'll collaborate with colleagues across Digital Technology to optimise our product, technology and application portfolio throughout its lifecycle. You'll be driving our digital technology portfolio management processes to align our way of working in an agile product led organisation. You'll work together with and supporting over 120 architects in performing deep dives into different technology, commercial, and business domains to drive initiatives to rationalise and optimise for our digital journey ahead
You'll be part of Architecture and Tech Portfolio Management product team where you, together with your colleagues, will be running and improving our digital technology portfolio management ecosystem. You'll be helping different stakeholder groups across Digital Technology to answer questions, such as which applications and technologies to invest, migrate or eliminate, are we adequately supporting the right business capabilities, or how well our digital technology portfolio develops to support future strategic goals by setting the standards, built frameworks and grow our LeanIX platform.

You'll play an important role in
- driving our processes to oversee and monitor the current and future development of the digital technology portfolio, ensuring these processes are adopted and followed by our key stakeholders
- providing guidelines and ad-hoc consultancy for various stakeholders on modelling practices and data quality to ensure better visibility of portfolio
- supporting commercial methods and metrics to assess digital technologies and their overall fit with the portfolio and digital technology strategy
- overseeing the value creation and benefit realisation of anchoring technology standards in our agile organisation through relevant measures, together with responsible architects
- identifying areas of improvement in our common data foundation to answer the key questions of today and tomorrow for our application portfolio management
To succeed in the role, you
- have substantial experience working either as an IT consultant or analyst or as a product, application, or solution architect, managing applications or solutions on group or portfolio level
- have moderate experience in building & anchoring processes increasing efficiency, reducing complexity. You also have an analytical mindset and are used to developing different scenarios for decision making, preferably in a global setting
- have some experience with requirements gathering, prioritisation and delivery to different stakeholder
- have strong communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written
- have moderate knowledge and experience in system integration, with the ability to identify data flows, data mappings, transformations and error-handling procedures
- have moderate experience in data analysis and in creating reporting deliverables, such as Power BI reports and dashboards
