Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der vollständigen Auftragsabwicklung für einen definierten Kundenstamm von Auftragseingang bis Zahlungseingang
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von Kundenaufträgen hinsichtlich Verfügbarkeiten und termingerechter Auslieferung
  • Kundenorientierte Betreuung und Kommunikation in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst
  • Koordination der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit Supply Chain Management und Logistik zur Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung
  • Durchführung der Rechnungsstellung sowie Bearbeitung von Rücksendungen und Reklamationen
  • Bereitstellung, Verwaltung und Pflege von Auftragsdaten im ERP-System

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, in der PV-Industrie von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen, bevorzugt MS Navision sowie allg. mit IT-Systemen (z. B. ERP, MS Office, ...)
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS Office obligatorisch
  • Sicheres, freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und lösungsorientiertes, strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Sie agieren auf Basis eines Wertesystems, in dem Ehrlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Wertschätzung einen festen Platz haben
