What's your role?
You will be part of our Customer Success team of three professionals. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to ensure our service agreement customers receive sustained value throughout the agreement lifecycle. You will act as trusted point of contact for agreement customers, helping them use Vaisala solutions effectively, anticipate service needs and maintain a seamless customer experience across the agreement lifecycle. In this role you will be working in close co-operation with Sales. You will report to Head of Services, EMEA.
Your responsibilities include:
- Develop relationships with assigned EMEA service agreement customers and collect customer feedback
- Coordinate and execute service agreements' annual clock activities (onboarding, regular check-ups, agreement renewals) ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and manage upsell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales
- Provide Tier 1 service sales support for EMEA
- Contribute to improving Customer Success processes and practices
What will you bring?
- Relevant degree in technical or commercial fields or equivalent work experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles, experience in B2B industrial or regulated environments is seen as a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust
- Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce experience seen as a plus
- Good decision-making skills and the confidence to drive things forward independently
- Proactive and structured way of working, ability to manage multiple customers and deadlines
- Strong proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages is seen as a plus
- Curiosity and a growth mindset to explore, learn, and apply AI tools in your daily work. We expect everyone at Vaisala to actively discover how AI can enhance their work
