About the department

The Special Task department is primarily responsible for major component replacements of generators, blades, and gearboxes on Vestas and multi-brand wind turbines. You will join a professional team that prioritizes customer needs and works to improve customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities - here's where you can get involved!

  • You translate work instructions into clear service orders, bundle and prioritise them, and create efficient scheduling and deployment plans for service teams
  • You ensure the availability of materials, personnel, and external services, coordinating shipments, tools, and appointments with subcontractors (including cranes and transport)
  • You handle purchase requests, goods receipt, and data as well as master data maintenance in SAP, ensuring high data quality
  • You review, structure, and digitally archive documentation while keeping track of working hours, material movements, and external costs
  • You verify and post services, technically approve service reports, and ensure accurate (re-)invoicing

  • You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship and bring several years of experience in a comparable role
  • You have a basic understanding of mechanical engineering and are able to apply this knowledge in practice
  • You use common IT tools like MS Office and SAP with ease and learn new systems efficiently

  • You are highly organised and maintain a clear overview, even in complex situations
