As a Civil Site Manager, you are responsible for overseeing civil construction activities within wind farm projects, ensuring alignment with planning, quality standards, and site conditions. In this role within Site Management Civil, you act as an independent coordination and control function on site. You work closely with project management, contractors, and customers to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project execution.
Your Tasks
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and site conditions through regular site visits as Civil Site Manager
- Ensure site readiness ahead of key construction activities and verify all required preconditions
- Oversee and track execution of civil works in line with design documents, specifications, and applicable standards
- Conduct inspections and release activities for subsequent construction phases based on defined quality criteria
- Identify risks early, proactively escalate deviations, and support implementation of mitigation measures
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and lead coordination and technical meetings
- Track project milestones, ensure compliance with HSE requirements, and provide structured reporting and documentation
Opportunity to grow into a full lifecycle role, including later project phases such as turbine erection.
Your Profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or technical qualification with strong relevant site experience or equivalent
- Proven experience in concrete structures or infrastructure projects, experience in wind energy is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management within construction environments
- High level of ownership, independent working style, and solution-oriented mindset
- Valid German driving license and high willingness to travel
- German language skills (minimum B2 level) and good English skills, both written and spoken
