YOUR TASKS

  • Monitoring project budgets and implementing cost control measures
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements throughout the Civil Works and Site Readiness phases
  • Developing project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies
  • Coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials across multiple project sites
  • Tracking project progress and preparing reports for relevant stakeholders
  • Supporting BoP Supervisors in resolving site issues and schedule delays
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a comparable qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Knowledge of construction processes within the wind energy sector, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Experience in budget management, project planning, resource coordination, cost control, and risk management
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or comparable project management tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Very good communication skills in both German and English (minimum B2-C1); Spanish language skills are an advantage
  • A valid driving license recognized in Germany and willingness to travel are required
