Ihre Aufgaben

  • Technische und applikationsspezifische Beratung von Fachpartnern zu Photovoltaik- und Speicherlösungen, sowie unserer Planungssoftware PV Manager
  • Erstellung technischer Planungen, Systemauslegungen und Lösungskonzepte für Anwendungen im Residential- und C&I-Segment
  • Gemeinsame Vor-Ort-Termine mit dem Vertrieb zur Beratungsunterstützung bei Kunden in Einzelfällen
  • Aktive Förderung des Wissenstransfers intern (Vertrieb, Produkt- und Portfoliomanagement) sowie extern
  • Aufnahme von Markt- und Kundenanforderungen und Ableitung fachlicher Impulse für Sortiments- und Portfolioentwicklung
  • Mitwirkung als Referent bei Schulungen, Fachpartner-Events, Messen und vergleichbaren Veranstaltungen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss zum Elektrotechnikmeister oder Industriemeister Elektrotechnik
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Photovoltaik und Speichersysteme obligatorisch, Kenntnisse im Bereich Wärmepumpen und Klimaanlagen wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Planung, Auslegung und Bewertung komplexer PV-Systeme
  • Kommunikationsstark und präsentationssicher gegenüber unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen, dabei eigeninitiativ und verantwortungsbewusst mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Sie agieren auf Basis eines klaren Wertesystems, in dem Ehrlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Wertschätzung einen festen Platz haben
