This department plays a vital role in sustaining customer satisfaction and protecting the long-term value of our solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Senior Field Service Engineer with a keen interest in progressing into the Biomass sector. This is an exceptional opportunity for a technically minded individual who possesses a solid background in Commercial Plumbing & Heating and/or Commercial Electrical Industry, with biomass specific training provided by the company. The ideal candidate will have a robust work ethic and a desire to grow within our innovative company.

As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the ongoing Planned & Re-active maintenance, day-to-day repairs and ensuring commercial biomass heating installations are maintained in line with legislative and contractual compliance. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks that ensure the optimum performance and reliability of our systems.

What You'll be Doing

Responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across commercial heating and associated mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including pumps, control valves, pressurisation units, fuel stores, and augers. The role involves developing expertise in the biomass sector through tailored training and on-site learning, responding efficiently to equipment breakdowns, and using engineering knowledge and initiative to minimise downtime.
