Job Description
Chargetrip is building the intelligence layer for electric mobility. Our routing platform helps drivers, fleets, and charging networks plan, predict, and optimize EV journeys, making electric driving effortless. We work with leading Charge Point Operators (CPOs), eMobility Service Providers (eMSPs), and integration partners across Europe, the US & APEC to accelerate the transition to zero-emission transport.
About the Role
We're looking for a Partnerships Manager who is passionate about nurturing and scaling our crucial partner ecosystem. You will join our Commercial team in Amsterdam to maximize the value derived from our collaborations with CPOs, eMSPs, and resellers. In this role, you own the long-term health and growth of these strategic relationships. Your success is measured by engagement, satisfaction, and the mutual impact you create, rather than just sales targets. You will report to the VP Commercial and collaborate closely with our Product and Technical teams.
What You'll Be Working On
- Owning and growing strategic, long-term relationships with our CPO, eMSP, and integration partners.
- Acting as the primary contact point for partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery across Chargetrip's internal teams (Product, Tech, Marketing).
- Facilitating the successful integration of Chargetrip's technology and coordinating joint marketing efforts and ecosystem initiatives.
- Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to deepen relationships and expand the mutual business value.
- Representing Chargetrip in industry forums, partnership programs, and conferences across Europe.
- Gathering crucial feedback from partners to directly inform and influence product improvements and company strategy.
What We Are Looking For
- You are a natural relationship builder; trusted, communicative, and highly proactive.
- You bring 4+ years of relevant experience in partnership management, customer success, or account management; experience in SaaS, mobility, or energy is a strong plus.
- You are curious and empathetic, driven by a mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility.
- You have strong organizational skills and can seamlessly manage multiple high-stakes stakeholders simultaneously.
- You clearly understand how SaaS integrations function and how to maximize value within a partner ecosystem.
- You are a clear communicator who enjoys connecting the commercial vision with the technical reality.
- You are fluent in English; other European languages are a strong benefit.
