Deine Rolle
Deine Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann bei PFISTERER ist eine „duale Ausbildung". Du bist hauptsächlich im Büro, aber auch an ein bis zwei Tagen pro Woche in der Berufsschule. Hier wird Dir das relevante Hintergrundwissen vermittelt, um betriebliche Abläufe genauer zu erfassen und Du lernst, wie die einzelnen Tätigkeitsfelder im Unternehmen miteinander zusammenhängen.
Du lernst die unterschiedlichsten Abteilungen der Firma kennen und bekommst detaillierte Einblicke unter anderem in Einkauf, Verkauf, Personal, Controlling und Marketing, wo Du stets miteingebunden wirst und an aktuellen Projekten mitarbeitest.
Dein Profil
- Guter bis sehr guter mittlerer Bildungsabschluss oder Abitur
- Gute Schulkentnisse in Mathematik, Deutsch und Englisch
- Teamfähigkeit und Selbstständigkeit
Ausbildungsdauer
- 2,5 bis 3 Jahre
