YOUR MISSIONS
Dans le cadre de la constitution de Renvolt en tant qu'entité standalone suite au carve-out de Voltalia, le/la Responsable Finance France prend en charge l'ensemble des questions administratives et financières des sociétés Renvolt enregistrées en France (holdings, Operatings). Il/elle assure la fiabilité des comptes statutaires, la conformité fiscale, le reporting groupe via OneStream, la coordination des audits et le management de l'équipe locale.
La France représente un important hub opérationnel et financier pour Renvolt dans la couverture de plusieurs autres pays comme la Guyane Française et les pays d'Afrique.
Comptabilité, Clôtures & Reporting Statutaire
- Gérer les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles de toutes les entités françaises (holdings et Opératings).
- Assurer la fiabilité des comptes en normes françaises (PCG) et la conformité IFRS pour la consolidation groupe. Préparer et soumettre les packages de reporting groupe via OneStream (qualité des données, réconciliation ICP, retraitements IFRS 15/16).
- Piloter la préparation des états financiers statutaires et coordonner les missions d'audit (Commissaires aux comptes).
- Assurer la gestion comptable des opératings et de la société holding basé en France.
Conformité Fiscale & Contrôle Interne
- Assurer la conformité fiscale : IS, TVA, CVAE, CFE, retenues à la source, déclarations remplies et payées dans les délais.
- Coordonner la documentation de prix de transfert avec le Group Tax Manager.
- Mettre en place et maintenir le cadre de contrôle interne : séparation des tâches, contrôles Purchase-to-Pay, O2C, Record-to-Report.
- Gérer les relations bancaires, les questions d'enregistrement sociétaire et les obligations sociales (URSSAF, paie). En cas de contrôle fiscal ou social, coordonner avec les experts internes et externes.
Management & Business Partnering
- Constituer et manager l'équipe Finance locale (1 FTE) dans le cadre de la transition carve-out, reprenant les responsabilités précédemment assurées par Voltalia.
- Agir en business partner des Regional Managers EPC et O&M: analyses financières, suivi budgétaire, contrôle des coûts. Coordonner avec les Controllers EPC et O&M sur la cohérence des données financières projet. Fournir les données au Reporting Coordinator pour la collecte consolidée.
- Améliorer les processus et optimiser l'ERP (IFS).
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Niveau de diplôme : Diplôme Bac+5 en Gestion, Finance ou Économie (DESCF, DSCG ou équivalent)
- Minimum 15 ans d'expérience en Comptabilité, Finance d'entreprise et Management Finance Pays
Domaines de compétences :
- Expérience en comptabilité, conformité fiscale et gestion opérationnelle de la fonction Finance
- Maîtrise approfondie des fonctions avancées d'Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power Query/bases de données, Power BI et tableaux de bord automatisés
- Maîtrise approfondie des applications ERP Finance et des systèmes fiscaux locaux (France : PCG, impots.gouv.fr, portail URSSAF, liasses fiscales)
- Maîtrise approfondie des outils de consolidation et de reporting (OneStream)
- La connaissance de l'ERP IFS et de Microsoft F&O est un atout majeur
- Comptabilité générale et analytique. Fiscalité française (IS, TVA, CVAE, CFE). Normes IFRS. Contrôle interne. Coordination d'audit.
- Gestion de SPVs. ERP Finance (IFS). Reporting OneStream.
