  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Security-Konzepten (Zero Trust, MFA, Device- & Identity-Security, Monitoring)
  • Automatisierung und Standardisierung von IT-Prozessen (z. B. mit PowerShell, Intune, Azure-Services)
  • Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten (z. B. Cloud-Migrationen, Security-Rollouts, Netzwerk-Redesigns)
  • Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Architekturen sowie Wissenstransfer im Team
  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets, als 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration moderner, cloud-basierter IT-Umgebungen (idealerweise Microsoft 365 / Azure)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Microsoft 365 Suite, inkl. Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Microsoft Security-Lösungen (z. B. Microsoft Defender XDR, Purview, Defender for Cloud) und Incident-handling
  • Erfahrung in der Automatisierung und Standardisierung von IT-Prozessen (z. B. PowerShell, Intune, Azure)
  • Praxiserfahrung im Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung von Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerkarchitekturen und -betrieb, idealerweise mit Fortinet (Firewalls, VPN, Security) und UniFi von Vorteil
  • Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, individuelle technische Lösungen für komplexe Anforderungen zu entwickeln
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Lösungsorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
