Deine Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Security-Plattform: An der architektonischen Weiterentwicklung, Härtung und den Betrieb unseres Microsoft Security Stacks auf Basis von Microsoft 365 E5 (Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel) beteiligst Du Dich aktiv
  • Identity & Zero Trust: Den Identity-Schutz mit Microsoft Entra ID entwickelst Du kontinuierlich weiter, konzipierst Maßnahmen rund um Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM) und Identity Protection und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Zero-Trust-Architektur voran
  • AI Security: Unsere AI-Security-Strategie gestaltest Du aktiv mit, begleitest die sichere Einführung und Steuerung von KI-Diensten, schützt vor Datenabfluss und unterstützt die Fachbereiche bei der sicheren Nutzung von KI
  • Security Standards: Die Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Security-Architektur-Standards, Referenzdesigns und Guardrails für IT und Fachbereiche ist eine der wichtigen Teamaufgaben, an der Du mitwirkst.
  • Secure Access: An der Weiterentwicklung von Zscaler als Secure Web Gateway und Zero Turst Network Access arbeitest Du aktiv mit.
  • Privileged Access: Unsere PAM-/EPM-Lösung optimierst und verwaltest Du kontinuierlich, um lokale Administrationsrechte konsequent zu reduzieren.
  • Threat Detection: Bei Threat Detection & Response wirkst Du aktiv mit und entwickelst Detection-Regeln sowie Hunting Queries (KQL) weiter
  • Beratung: Als kompetente Ansprechperson berätst Du IT und Fachbereiche zu Security-Architektur, Best Practices und neuen Sicherheitsanforderungen

Dein Profil

  • Qualifikation: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung bildet die Grundlage Deiner Expertise
  • Security-Architektur: Nachweisbare Erfahrung als Security Architect im Microsoft-Umfeld bringst Du mit, idealerweise belegt durch Zertifizierungen oder eine vergleichbare praktische Expertise
  • Identity & Access Management: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Identity & Access Management mit Microsoft Entra ID zeichnen Dich aus
  • Zero Trust: Tiefgehende Praxiserfahrung mit Zero-Trust-Prinzipien und deren architektonischer Umsetzung bringst Du mit
  • AI Security: Über ein Verständnis für die Sicherheit von KI-Anwendungen und LLMs verfügst Du und kennst typische Risiken
  • Authentifizierung: Erfahrung mit passwortloser und Phishing-resistenter Authentifizierung runden Dein Profil ab
  • Security-Technologien: Idealerweise verfügst Du über Erfahrung mit Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), WIZ (CSPM) und/oder PAM-/EPM-Lösungen sowie über Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Security-Ökosystem
  • Persönlichkeit: Eine strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse zeichnen Dich aus
