Job Description
As a Working Student in our Equipment Business Improvement & Strategic Projects team, you will help drive digital transformation across Siemens Gamesa's global Equipment organization. Your day might involve developing Power Platform solutions, creating insightful Power BI dashboards, supporting SharePoint collaboration platforms or exploring new AI use cases that improve how we work. You will collaborate with colleagues across functions and countries, gaining exposure to a truly global business while contributing to projects that increase efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making. How You'll Make an Impact
- Support the development and maintenance of digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Create and enhance dashboards, KPI reporting, and management reporting solutions that enable better business decisions through data.
- Collect, validate, analyze, and visualize data to support business improvement initiatives across multiple functions.
- Contribute to the administration and continuous improvement of SharePoint-based collaboration platforms, including site structures and user access management.
- Identify opportunities to digitalize and automate internal processes and support the implementation of efficient workflow solutions.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of AI use cases and emerging digital technologies within the Equipment organization.
What You Bring
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Digital Business, or a related field.
- You are passionate about digitalization, automation, business intelligence, and leveraging technology to solve business challenges.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and an understanding of data structures, reporting concepts, KPI design, and performance measurement.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI) is advantageous.
- You are proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications; experience with SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse, Python or AI technologies is a plus.
- You are a proactive team player with strong communication skills who enjoys collaborating across cultures, countries, and time zones.
- Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage.
