We're the leading owner and operator of battery storage in the UK, supporting the National Grid with the uptake of renewable power. THE OPPORTUNITY
As we grow our product offering as part of the continued expansion of Zenobe's Power Procurement team, opportunities naturally arise, and this exciting role has become available. This creates a diverse and rewarding opening for a motivated professional to join us at a pivotal time, contribute to our growth, and bring fresh ideas and energy to our collaborative team.
A TASTE OF THE DAY TO DAY
- Overseeing the successful implementation of the UK divisions flex power procurement portfolio, their risk strategies and work to maximise value to the customer within the parameters of the framework. Providing detailed analytical position reports monthly.
- Providing 360-degree account management for all accounts including some fixed accounts, delivering excellent customer service to our clients.
- Issuance of daily market report to relevant internal and external stakeholders with a monthly round up.
- Spearheading the growth of the UK power procurement portfolio through delivering sales & renewals targets by Supporting the wider EV Fleet team on Power Pricing, renewable solutions and other related Business Development opportunities.
- Negotiate and Prepare and Deliver Power Pricing commercial offerings for Zenobe's EV Fleet customers to high level stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Zenobe Commercial Analytics team to formulate the pricing for Zenobe's energy supply offering.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of Zenobe's Power Pricing product offering.
- Handling the Power Pricing contract execution process with Zenobe's EV fleet customers.
- Aid with the delivery of Zenobe's power procurement offering into our current and emerging international territories outside.
- Managing Zenobe's Power Pricing customer portfolio including monitoring contract management, executing trading positions, query resolution, invoice validation and proactively engaging with customers.
- Maintaining a positive relationship with energy suppliers and continuing to ensure we can offer a competitive Power Pricing offering to Zenobe EV fleet customers.
- Maintaining and helping to improve on our existing processes and customer management tools.

Essential
- Good experience in a similar position within a Power Procurement/Account Management/Sales capacity with specific experience of B2B power procurement within the Third-Party Intermediary or Retail Supplier sector.
- Experience structuring, negotiating, closing, and executing both fixed and flexible commodity contracts.
- Good understanding of UK energy markets and the drivers behind it.
- Ability to work with and manipulate large data sets with strong analytical skills.
- Client/customer facing experience within a B2B environment and confident presenting style.
- Commercially focused and able to contribute positively to the development of new market opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with wider teams and the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
- Highly organised problem solver, solution focused with a keen eye for detail.
- Accomplished Microsoft Excel and Power Point user.
Desirable
- Knowledge of UK I&C Solar market, with regards to provision of funded solutions and various available revenue streams.
- Knowledge/Understanding of UK PPA and CPPA markets their structure and benefits.
- Understanding of UK Carbon Credit markets revenues and routes to market.
- Knowledge or experience of any international power markets
