What makes the job special?

As a Working Student - you will support the IT Service Desk team with first-level user support, ticket handling and documentation for employees across EMEA, helping to keep daily operations running smoothly in a multicultural environment.

  • Infrastructure & End-User Services: Assist with Windows laptop setup, basic hardware troubleshooting, software installation, Microsoft 365 support, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint issues, printer and peripheral support, and onboarding/offboarding preparation.
  • Ticketing & User Support: Log, update and follow up support tickets, communicate clearly with users in English and Spanish, escalate issues when needed, and help with access requests, mailbox permissions and standard IT service requests.
  • Governance, Reporting & Knowledge Base: Keep accurate work notes, support IT assets and licence tracking, contribute to simple reports, and help create or update knowledge base articles for recurring issues and internal IT processes.

Who you are

  • Student in IT, Computer Science or a related field, with a strong interest in end-user support, workplace technology and service desk operations.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and common business applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and standard laptop troubleshooting.
  • Customer-focused and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, document actions clearly and follow internal processes.
  • Curious, proactive and willing to learn, comfortable asking questions, following guidance and improving recurring processes through documentation.
  • Experience with ticketing tools, device setup or IT support is a plus, but not mandatory for candidates with the right attitude and learning mindset.
