In this job, you'll join the Foothill District Planning team, supporting Distribution across the Desert region. You'll lead reporting efforts, help manage due dates, and contribute to region-wide planning initiatives while helping assign, track, and balance work across the Planning organization. Responsibilities

  • Serves as Single Point of Contact for Planning; manages inboxes, mail, task logs, SharePoint updates, Teams messages, incoming calls, customer walk-ins, front gate/door access, project tracker entries, system notes and documentation links.
  • Facilitates communication between customers, planners, project managers, leadership and cross-functional partners; supports intake for new customer requests and assign Service Requests.
  • Coordinates Docusign routes, approvals, status tracking, and follow-up notifications.
  • Reviews customer/project manager submittals for completeness; assigns planner/designer resources appropriately; pulls structure information, SAP data, maps, and system details.
  • Creates and processes service requests and planner files from PIF/scope pageages; preserves chain-of-custody documentation.
  • Uploads finalized documents and ensures proper SharePoint archiving.
  • Splits, packages, schedules, and validates Work Orders for construction, inspection, and rotation planning; supports short-cycle, same-day, disconnect/reconnect scheduling.
  • Creates and routes bills, invoices, and contract packages; manages service orders; submits lock ring removals and track city inspections.
  • Generates weekly, bi-weekly, and ad-hoc reports; validates data quality and resolve system/contract exceptions.
  • Supports office logistics, supply ordering, business cards, hotel bookings, vehicle assignments, facility/IT requests, and general office maintenance.
  • A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience in an analytical role.
  • Experience with customer service, computer software, on-line applications, office equipment, and filing systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the electric utility industry.
  • Experience with SAP, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Auto Desk Utility Design (AUD).
  • Experience with Design Manager (DM).
  • Experience with Customer Service.

Additional Information

  • This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs
