Your Missions

Under the responsibility of the HR Director, the HR projects specialist, will be accountable to lead and deliver key HR transformation initiatives across the global organization. Her/his primary objective will be to design, implement and oversee projects. This role is highly hands-on and delivery oriented. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking HR projects from initial scoping and design through implementation, deployment and continuous improvement, working closely with HR, business leaders, employees, IT and external partners.

Your Responsibilities

HR Project Management

  • Lead HR transformation projects from concept to implementation.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, resources and governance.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines and implementation roadmaps.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies and potential issues, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Monitor project progress, KPIs, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Prepare regular project updates and presentations for HR leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and according to agreed quality standards.
  • Establish sustainable processes and ownership once projects are implemented.

Job description harmonization

  • Take ownership of the project to create a consistent and scalable approach to job descriptions accord the organization
  • Review job descriptions with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency of job titles, responsibilities, skills, experience and reporting lines.
  • Align job descriptions with the job architecture and career framework.

Onboarding transformation project

  • Lead the redesign and implementation of the company's employee onboarding process, potentially including the implementation of a new digital onboarding solution.
  • Review and map the current onboarding process across countries and entities.
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and assess potential onboarding tools and solutions, in collaboration with IT and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of a potential new onboarding platform.

Employee Engagement and Retention

  • Propose transversal initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through career development initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Organize and deploy Engagement surveys in the group, analyze and share the information internally.
  • Be the HR content referent for the Group Intranet and work closely with Internal communication and Marketing teams.
  • Implementation of training program as a leadership program for managers

Change Management & Communication

  • Analyse and mitigate legal and contractual risks for the company
  • Assist in managing customer and supplier claims (pre-litigation and litigation)
  • Coordinate, advice and give instructions on behalf of the company for judicial or arbitral disputes, with the support from external legal counsel
  • Coordinate with external counsel for complex litigation matters
  • Develop and implement change management plans for HR transformation projects.
  • Assess the impact of changes on HR teams, managers and employees.
  • Develop clear communication plans and stakeholder messaging.
  • Prepare training materials, guidelines and user documentation.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions where required.
  • Support HR teams and managers throughout implementation.
  • Monitor adoption and identify areas requiring additional support.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Master's degree in Human Ressources, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience project management
  • Solid experience in HR project
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end HR projects.
  • Experience working in an international or multi-country environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HR digital transformation and/or HRIS implementation would be an advantage.
  • English: Fluent (mandatory - working language)
  • French or Portuguese or Spanish: Appreciated
