Job Description
Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to work at the forefront of the global energy transition? PEAK Wind is seeking a Senior Commercial & Operations Consultant to work across both areas, supporting our Asset Management portfolio and external clients. In this joint role, you will combine operational delivery leadership with commercial and contractual expertise, helping projects mobilise effectively, optimise asset performance, and secure strong outcomes across key O&M agreements.
Introducing the Operations Delivery and Commercial & Contracts Teams
You will take up a joint Operations Delivery and Commercial & Contracts role within PEAK Wind, working collaboratively with colleagues across both areas and the wider business supporting renewable energy projects around the world. The Operations Delivery team leads operational mobilisation, readiness, and improvement initiatives across PEAK Wind's managed portfolio. The Commercial & Contracts team supports clients in achieving optimum commercial outcomes through the wind asset lifecycle, with particular focus on the negotiation and management of key O&M agreements (WTG and BoP service agreements in particular), O&M contract management, O&M commercial strategy and warranty and claims management.
You will have a shared reporting line to the Head of Operations Delivery and the Director of Commercial & Contracts, while working closely with colleagues across PEAK Wind's practice groups, regions, and client-facing teams.
How You Will Make an Impact
As a Senior Commercial & Operations Consultant, you will provide operational leadership and subject matter expertise across PEAK Wind's global portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with Asset and Operations Managers across APAC, NEME, or North America to support operational and business objectives.
- Identify, develop, and deliver strategic initiatives that enhance performance and support global implementation.
- Lead or support the mobilisation and operational readiness of new projects entering the PEAK Wind portfolio.
- Manage operational and engineering improvement projects across existing assets.
- Collaborate with regional teams, support functions, and external partners to develop and enhance operational processes, systems, and tools.
- Support business growth through new service offerings and Owner/Operator opportunities.
- Lead warranty and claims activities, including strategy development, contract analysis, claim management, and supplier negotiations.
- Support O&M procurement activities, including ITT preparation, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, and contract award.
- Negotiate and manage key O&M agreements, including WTG Service Agreements, OMA, and AMA contracts.
- Travel globally as required to support projects, clients, and business development activities.

- A flexible, dynamic, and agile work style allows fast learning and the ability to synthesize complex problems quickly.
- Strong stakeholder management with experience in building strategic relationships.
- A background from management consulting, large-scale energy infrastructure projects, or roles where you have gained broad experience in the renewable energy sector would also be relevant.
- A structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to take initiative, LEAN/Six Sigma experience desirable.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in an international, cross-functional team.
