Job Description

Develop sales of the IRISOLARIS Group's solutions within your assigned territory by turning prospects into clients and securing project contracts.

This is a mobile and strategic field-based position. You will actively prospect industrial companies, local authorities, and key local stakeholders, grow and animate your network, and represent IRISOLARIS across your territory.

You will manage the full commercial development cycle: opportunity identification, feasibility studies, land security, contract negotiation, and handover of projects to internal teams.

Your missions

1. Prospect, develop your network, and represent Irisolaris

  • Build and structure your local network of partners and influencers.
  • Actively prospect incoming leads (local authorities, industrial clients) and initiate new projects.
  • Identify opportunities (industrial rooftops, public buildings, self-consumption projects, etc.).
  • Conduct field visits with municipalities, industrial stakeholders, and local decision-makers.
  • Present and defend projects to elected officials, municipal councils, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Participate in trade shows and events approved by the Sales Management.
  • Conduct market monitoring to identify local trends and opportunities.

2. Qualify sites and initiate feasibility studies

  • Carry out preliminary feasibility studies (technical, regulatory, and environmental analysis).
  • Conduct pre-consultations with state services, grid operators, and relevant authorities.
  • Prepare initial business plans to support commercial development.
  • Qualify land and technical files prior to negotiation.

3. Secure land and close sales

  • Conduct targeted field prospecting across your territory.
  • Negotiate and secure projects (lease agreements, purchase options, land contracts).
  • Adapt your sales pitch in line with Sales Management guidelines.
  • Act as the interface with technical teams to validate project feasibility.
  • Finalize contracts and maintain a conversion rate aligned with objectives.
  • Compile and complete signed project files with all required documentation for project launch.
  • Transfer signed projects to the Customer Administration & Relations team and participate in handover reviews.

4. Reporting and continuous improvement

  • Produce weekly reporting (pipeline, signed deals, blockers).
  • Participate in project reviews with management.
  • Ensure continuous local market monitoring.

Your geographical scope

Preferred residence: Constanța area - extensive travel across the assigned sales territory.

Profile required

  • Proven experience in sales development, land prospecting, or project management (renewable energy, real estate, construction, industry, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of industrial and/or public-sector stakeholders within a territory.
  • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and secure contracts.
  • Comfortable working in the field as well as in institutional meetings.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis (Excel).
  • Knowledge of photovoltaics or energy sector is a plus.
