We are looking for a commercially minded technical professional who enjoys developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive identifying and developing new business opportunities across Europe and Photon Energy Group markets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers
- Preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations, contracts, and project documentation
- Coordinating water treatment and remediation projects through all phases, from proposal and contracting to implementation and handover
- Providing technical support to customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing customer visits, site assessments, and technical consultations
- Supporting testing, pilot projects, sampling, analysis, and the development of new water treatment technologies
- Coordinating the production and delivery of products, equipment, and treatment units
- Collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Accounting teams on invoicing, contracts, and reporting
- Contributing to R&D initiatives and continuous improvement of water treatment processes and technologies
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in water treatment, water management, remediation, environmental engineering, or related field
- Proven background in technical sales, business development, project management, or customer-facing engineering roles
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally in both Czech and English
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into practical customer solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with international clients and stakeholders is an advantage
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach
- Willingness to regularly travel
