As a Working Student AI & Service Product Management, you will support the Contracts & Concepts team within Service Product Management. Working in an international and cross-functional environment, you will help identify and implement practical Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications that enhance business processes and support the development of future service offerings. Your work will contribute to improving efficiency, knowledge sharing, and decision-making across the team.
Your Tasks
- Research and evaluate AI tools available within Nordex and identify opportunities to apply them in Service Product Management processes
- Analyze business processes and identify high-value AI use cases across product management, contract management, market intelligence, communication, and strategic planning
- Develop, test, and optimize prompts and AI-supported workflows for research, concept development, content creation, decision-making, and process automation
- Create practical AI toolkits, templates, best-practice guides, and supporting documentation for the Service Product Management team
- Assess the effectiveness of AI solutions and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and process performance
- Support the adoption of AI-driven working methods through training materials, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and user guidance
- Monitor developments in Generative AI and identify innovations that could provide value to the department
Your Profile
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Innovation Management, or a related field
- You have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, digitalization, and process optimization
- You have initial practical experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or comparable solutions
- You understand the fundamentals of prompt engineering and are interested in exploring advanced AI use cases in a business environment
- You demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual skills and can structure complex topics in a clear and effective way
- You work independently, proactively, and with a high sense of ownership and responsibility
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, and are fluent in English; German and/or Spanish are an advantage
