Folgende Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte gehören u.a. zum Aufgabenbereich

  • Unterstützung der Bau- und Projektleitung bei der Umsetzung von Windenergieprojekte
  • Unterstützung bei der Bauvorbereitung und der Bauablaufplanung
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projekt- & Bauablaufplänen
  • Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten Angebotsanfragen und -vergleiche
  • Vorbereitung von Vergabegesprächen sowie Erstellung von Bauverträgen
  • Rechnungsprüfung
  • Vorbereitung von Bauabnahmen
  • Weiterentwicklung administrativer Prozesse in der Bauleitung
  • Terminkoordination
  • Begleitung von Außenterminen
  • Dokumentation des Bauablaufs sowie Datenerfassung und -pflege

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du bist aufgeschlossen, kommunikativ und zeichnest Dich durch eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität aus
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, Techniker, Meister, oder (anstehender) Studienabschluss
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Eigeninitiative, Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie strukturiertes, lösungsorientiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit,
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, positives und sicheres Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
